📌 キャンセル・遅刻について

■ キャンセル / Cancellation

ご予約のキャンセルは、以下の通りキャンセル料が発生いたします。

当日キャンセル：ご予約時間分の 100%
前日キャンセル：ご予約時間分の 50%

※無断キャンセルの場合も、100%の料金を請求いたします。

Cancellations will be charged as follows:

Same-day cancellation: 100% of the reserved time fee
One-day prior cancellation: 50% of the reserved time fee
No-show: 100% charge

■ 遅刻 / Lateness

遅刻された場合でも、予約開始時間からの料金が発生いたします。

ただし、前日までに時間変更のご連絡をいただいた場合、追加料金は発生いたしません。

If you arrive late, the session will still be charged from the reserved start time.

However, if you notify us of schedule changes by the day before, no additional fees will apply.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping your scheduled time, as delays may affect other clients.

■ 天候・交通事情について / Force Majeure

天候・交通機関の影響による遅延・キャンセルについては、可能な限り柔軟に対応いたします。事前にご相談ください。
